Mmmmm, bread
Carl’s all about making this no-knead bread right now. This morning I had two slices, warm, before I ran out the door to work. Here is my favorite part of the recipe: “it may look like a mess, but that is O.K.” For some reason I find those periods hilarious. Also it’s true, and I fear for my dish towels. But mmm that bread is good.
Update: Got new dish towels.
